CAN 2021 – Cameroon vs Comoros: it’s bubbling in the stands of Olembé

On behalf of the round of 16, Cameroon and the Comoros will evolve in a noisy lair rich in atmosphere.

We expected it. As in previous matches of the host country, the public was present for this phase of the round of 16 of the 33rd edition of the African Cup of Nations. The supporters massively made the trip to support theirs. The vuvuzelas imposed an infernal atmosphere in this den of 60,000 seats. With phones on, everyone wanted to immortalize these historic and unique moments because it took 50 years to see Cameroon once again host this great celebration of African football. At the entrance to the stadium, jostling was reported. Some supporters braved the security barriers to find themselves in the stands so as not to miss anything of this crucial shock for the kings of the forest.

The Indomitable Lions want to write a page of history in this brand new stadium. The Comoros, although decimated by the Covid-19, will also want to be heard. We left for 90 minutes of heat.
