The African Football Confederation (CAF) has published the dates, times and locations of the first leg matches for the second preliminary round of the 2021-2022 Confederation Cup. Thus ASFA Yennenga of Burkina-Faso will compete against Binga FC of Mali.
The meeting will take place on October 15, 2021 at the Modibo Keita stadium in Bamako at 4.30 p.m. The details of the return leg are not yet revealed. The African football body has indicated that it will take place between October 22 and 24, 2021.
Thirteen times champion of Faso, the Sports Association will have a hard time facing the Malians who had brilliantly out in the previous round the Liberians of MC Breweries (5-0) on all two confrontations.
But the Ouaga club can also bulge the torso. They indeed remained unbeaten against the Ivorians of San Pédro. With a draw (0-0) at home, ASFA then achieved a heroic match in Côte d’Ivoire by dominating their opponent (2-1).
