CAF Champions League | Volcan Club will face La Passe FC

Volcan Club’s opponent is now known. In the preliminary round, reigning champions Comoros will face Seychellois neighbors La Passe FC. A formation originating from La Digue, the third most populated island of the Seychelles.

The double confrontation is scheduled for September 9-11 for the first leg and September 16-18 for the return leg. The winner will face South African Mamelodi Sundowns in October. Volcan Club will be the only Comorian representative this season in CAF interclub competitions. Indeed, Gombessa Sport has given up taking part in the Confederation Cup for financial reasons.
