Cadillac unveils its prototype which will compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2023

After BMW last Monday, a new manufacturer which will engage in Hypercar from next season has shown a little more about its prototype: Cadillac. The brand, which belongs to General Motors, has unveiled images of its GTP (Grand Touring Prototype) project, which will take part in the IMSA North American Endurance Championship in 2023, as well as the WEC World Championship, as allowed by the convergence between the two entities. .

As allowed by the LMDH regulations, the prototype, based on a Dallara chassis, offers distinctive elements of the American manufacturer in its design. It will be powered by a 5.5l V8 engine. Its first race will be the 24 Hours of Daytona next January.
