Bozouls: simulator fishing, a real physical sport!
A booth attracted many aspirations during the festivities of the Bozoulaise getaway fair last weekend.
The AAPPMA of Rodez (approved association for fishing and protection of the aquatic environment) has installed a fishing simulator and a large screen on its stand. The fisherman measures instantaneously at the end of the launch the combat and the strength of the different fish while observing them on the big screen. A real physical sport watched by many fishermen and tourists. Thanks to the volunteers, André Wilfrid and Michel Bancarel of the association for this very successful operation. The videos projected on another screen concerning the hatchery of the Alrance stream and Lac d’Estournet drew the public’s attention.
The AAPPMA will meet in Villecontal for the American crayfish fishing competition on Sunday August 8. A challenge open to all. Registration on 06 80 85 76 26. The glass of friendship will be offered at noon during the award ceremony of the competition.
