Behind the scenes of the Hyundai test with its i20 hybrid

For three days, Hyundai simulated a full rally this week in northern Italy. Objective: to test the prototype of its i20 Coupe WRC in full-scale, meeting the future Rally1 regulations for 2022.

The images of these tests make it possible to discover at length in action this car with hybrid technology, which will face the new frames next season designed by Toyota and Ford M-Sport.

This complete simulation took place on closed roads, with also the establishment of a service park and a tire change zone as on a real round of the World Rally Championship.
