An agreement has been reached for the transfer of Bayern midfielder Thiago Alcantara to Liverpool, Bavarian club boss Karl-Heinz Rummenigge told Bild newspaper on Wednesday.
“I can confirm that Bayern Munich finally came to an agreement with Liverpool. It was Thiago’s wish to do something new once again before the end of his career, ”Rummenigge told Bild.

Liverpool would have to pay 22 million euros, excluding bonuses, to secure the services of the Spanish international, who arrived at Bayern in 2013 and who still had a year of contract.
With Thiago Alcantara, Liverpool would offer themselves their second signing of the summer, after that of side Kostas Tsimikas.
