On the night of Tuesday to Wednesday, the Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Tampa Bay Rays (3-1) and thus won the series (4-2), in Arlington, Texas. After a long famine, the Californian franchise won its 7th World Series title.

An eternity that a whole franchise has been waiting for. Indeed, it took 32 years to see the titled Dodgers again. In Arlington, Texas, Los Angeles won the World Series from Tuesday to Wednesday against the Tampa Bay Rays (4-2 in the series), in the 6th game won 3-1 by the Californians. In a full chamber, one of MLB’s most famous franchises has therefore ended a very long shortage to win this title at the end of a hectic and greatly shortened season (60 games in the regular season against 162 usually), to cause of the coronavirus pandemic in the world. In great shape during the playoffs, despite a tight series against the Atlanta Braves in the previous round (4-3), the Los Angeles Dodgers did not miss their chance this time against the Floridians in the final.
