Arnage. LR promotion on the 3rd step of the podium at Magny-Cours

Willyam Gosselin is experiencing his first motorsport season with the LR Promotion team. Managed by the driver Lionel Robert from Sarthe, his sports coach, the young driver competes in the entire Formula CUP By TTE championship, of which he recently joined the top 5. Last weekend on the Magny-Cours circuit, came for a simple day of single-seater testing, he was offered the opportunity to replace 3^e driver of the crew made up of Antoine Robert and Stéphane Panepinto at the wheel of the 420 horsepower Nova Proto NP02. An unforgettable experience: author of a decent performance just over a second behind Antoine, Willyam qualified brilliantly and can hope to do even better in the race. Sunday morning, Antoine ensured the start of the n°2 then quickly handed over the wheel to Willyam who improved his performance at each lap, boldly bringing the car back to first place in the general classification. Small technical problems then cause the car to drop in the standings, but the trio nevertheless ends this unprecedented experience with a nice 3^e place in the Nova Proto category (and 6^e of the general classification of LMP3 prototypes). Willyam will be on track again from October 21 to 23 for the penultimate meeting of the Formula Cup as part of the TTE, reuniting with Antoine Robert, his single-seater chief mechanic who technically directs the racing structure of LR Promotion.
