ALMIROLA SURPRISE WINNER IN LOUDON IN NASCAR

Indeed, with this unexpected success, Almirola gains places and goes back to twenty-third place in the provisional general classification and this allows him to foresee his qualification for these playoffs!

The victory was finally decided in the last laps, Aric Almirola managing to overtake Austin Dillon, with a Christopher Bell well wedged in his rear bumper …

Once the obstacle Austin Dillon is forgotten, Aric Almirola then only has to control to get his first victory on an oval, other than a Superspeedway. !

Because until now, he had only won in Daytona in 2014 and Talladega in 2018.

Aric who explained:

Finally passing under the checkered flag, Aric Almirola won, beating Christopher Bell of Joe Gibbs Racing, Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney who completed the Top 5.

Next, Kevin Harvick, Kyle Larson, Ross Chastain, Alex Bowman and Denny Hamlin who complete the Top 10.
