The relationship between Alfred Gomis and Stade Rennais is not looking good. The club is trying by all means to push the Senegalese goalkeeper to the exit door. The signing of Steve Mandanda confirms the desire of the Breton club to turn the Gomis page. The former Dijon, however, no shortage of suitors.
According to information from French journalist Benjamin Quarez, an English club is in the footsteps of the 28-year-old doorman. The source did not disclose the identity of the club. However, the profile of the African champion would greatly please the club mentioned. Stade Rennais should receive an offer in the coming days.
If the transfer is carried out, Alfred Gomis would discover the third championship of his career, after Italy and currently France. The former Torino is in his second season in Rennes after a stay in Dijon. Between his career in Dijon and Rennes, the Senegalese played a total of 70 games.
