Alejandro Pozuelo has been playing in MLS since 2019 and has established himself as one of the best playmakers in the championship with Toronto.
Alejandro Pozuelo (30) has been around for three seasons in MLS. With Toronto FC, the former Genk playmaker has 99 games for 29 goals and 26 assists. He resumed this year at the same pace as the previous one, with 4 goals and 4 assists in 16 Eastern Conference games. But the Spaniard will continue the season elsewhere: according to OneSoccer, Pozuelo leaves Toronto for Inter Miami as part of a trade.
Pozuelo will become one of the Designated Players of the club owned by David Beckham. On the Toronto side, we are thus making room for the arrival of Federico Bernardeschi from Juventus.
