At 22, the American Colton Herta already has 7 victories and 9 pole positions in IndyCar. While he has often been associated with McLaren, Colton Herta could be part of a three-team deal to land at AlphaTauri.

Indeed, while the Oscar Piastri case is close to the end, Alpine has shown great interest in AlphaTauri driver Pierre Gasly. Affiliated with McLaren, Colton Herta would make the trip to AlphaTauri to seal the deal.
