Oceane Picard, 21 years old, is therefore the very first Dijon recruit of the transfer window for the DFCO before the resumption of the D1 championship at the start of the school year. The player, FC Metz top scorer in Division 2 last season scored 8 goals. She was born in the Bas-Rhin in Sélestat.

Trained at FC Sélestat, then at FC Vendenheim, before trying an experience at SC Friborg (Germany), Océane Picard has 17 selections for the French youth team. She will be number 21 at DFCO.
