Nine teams of three people (23 agents and four students) from neo-Aquitaine high schools, will cook a main dish and a dessert all morning long, respecting a budget of 3 euros per person, made from agri-food products from the region. On an imposed theme: “back from fishing” or a vegetarian dish. These dishes will be tasted and noted on the spot by a jury, chaired by Frédéric Coiffé, master chef from France and chef in Bordeaux.
A public vote
The public has its say, upstream and remotely. A “Special Prize” from the public will be awarded to one of the teams whose recipe has received the most votes.
